The COE Operating Guidelines are intended for Members, Committees, Development Planning Council, and Officers of the COE in relation to the operating policies and practices employed within the association.  These guidelines form the basis of the day-to-day operation of COE and contain the direction for performance of activities in which COE participants may be involved. 

The objective of these guidelines is to manage an environment that fosters communication while protecting the members from: 

• Agressive marketing/sales 
• Recruiting
• Compromising proprietary data 

and to build a win-win relationship between the CATIA Operators Exchange, Dassault Systèmes, IBM, and the extended family of suppliers.
