Hi Friends,

The big question is:

Would you be more active with a Dassault presence?

Would you post more if you new Dassault was monitoring this thread.

Would you post more if you new Dassault was looking for input from the users on things to enhance and fix, and was eager for it.

Would you like to join other users, in web based brainstorming sessions, if Dassault development management, was there participating?

We enjoy this kind of success, and access to Dassault development management, in the manufacturing Forum, working with Dasssault, and the COE DPC.

Rich , correct me if I am wrong, but merging is a separate issue, and can be done, but more important …….what would make more Delmia people active?

Hmmmm perhaps it great working  software, everyone is happy,  and no news is good news.

Best Regards

Dave

Dave and all - as noted in the MFG thread where I first proposed the "merger", we would like offer a place fot DELMIA folks to belong.  If the scope of the combined DELMIA/MFG thread needs to grow beyond MFG, we can certainly support that as we gain a "critical mass" and as leaders step forward.  Whatever we do, we want to make sure that we don't douse the flames that have been lit by the COE MFG Committee and the PacMen, a great model of what can be accomplished with COE Year Round collaboration.

Hi Dave,

I've got my training wheels on with DELMIA IGRIP right now, and thought I'd poke my head into the forum to see who was there. Not surprised to see you expanding your horizons Dave. The merge sounds OK to me, there may be allot more guys out there that are mainly NC Programmers but are entering in to robotics manufacturining like me.
