Hi All,

I am using CatiaV5R18 on XP operating system.
Currently my view options in Drafting is not highlighting i.e Tools->Options->Mechanical Design->drafting->View.
Earlier I was able to change the Dress up settings in view.
Currently it is not highlighting at all.
Assuming that it may be because of a bug, I reinstalled Catia, but the same problem persists.

I have attached image of my Catia

Please help me.

Thanks,

Anand A

Hello,

Looks different than my R19 or R17... weird. I remember that a bit similar thing was visible when some previously Options defined things were moved to Standards. But that was back in R10 or so, definetly there should be nothing like this in R18... looks like a mystery to me.

If you go to the Adminstration tab all the way to the right and check "Prevent generative view style usage" it will unlock those settings on the View tab. I think if that option is unchecked it will force those setting from the standard and not let the user set them - not positive on that.
