Subject: run .dll or .exe ??

Hi All,
version i am using v5r17_b17 and .net2003
I am new to CAA programming.. I started to compile the CAAPriCreateModify.cpp available in ObjectModelerBase Framework...I am getting in C:\..Workspace\intel_a\code\bin three files CNEXT.exe , creation( name I gave to module) PDB file and creation.dll...

question is

1) how to execute .dll and how to pass arguments becoz program requires path of cat part
2) I need .exe as output how to get .exe instead .dll
3) I tried selecting while setting up the complete new CAA v5 project and when we add our required module..like add new module..it asks for shared object,executable ...etc...I selected executable ..just like guess to get .exe as output...but while i compile i get this error
