As anyone who's experimented with the VB Automation API knows, it can be very flaky. Things that used to work in V5R7 now don't. Seemingly straighforward method calls fail. And the list goes on. It is very frustrating.
Are there any resources available that would help someone understand the CATIA object model better? I think part of my problem is not fully understanding how the objects relate to each other, and the help files are of very little use in debugging.
