Hi folks,

I would like to use PartBody volume as a parameter on SmarTeam integration Save operation.

This is possible for all normal user created parameters, but since Part Properties are not user reated, they are not fully open... and that is the tricky part; I have two options on completing this:

1) Volume of PartBody is calculated to Part-Properties as parameter, but that parameter is not accessible through normal "function" UI, so I am not sure if I can use that parameter in ST integration either. Parameter Volume is only visible if I go through Part-properties. Any Idea how to access it? Any tips how to access other properties that are visible through part properties, but not as part parameters?

2) I could create parameter and formula to part that calculate on the fly Volume for PartBody, but I am not sure if I can create this so that renaming of PartBody doesn't matter, any tips here? (New parameter type Volume + Relation Volume=SmartVolume("PartBody") etc.) But this is nasty solution, because I would need additional script that creates this relation to each part where I want to do this...

BR,
Lasse
