Subject: Copy Pasting Annotations

Hi,

I have a problem using the Annotations. I want to copy a particular annotation set from a particular part and paste that under some other part. But when i try copying the annotation set its showing an error "The Annotation Set cannot be copied". Is there any way to copy the annotation set from a particular part and paste it under some other part? Is there any API for doing this particular task?
