Subject: DPE error while working with PlanType Set

1) Not able to import a particular PTS.

         Error shown IPDServer : is set into the emergeny mode...............Could not cerate

                            new ergoplantype_process!

2) Not able to run a script on any level

         Error Shown in EPIPDClient : RPC connection to the IPD Server failed.

         Error Shown in Microsoft VB window: Runtime error '-2147023170(800706be)'

                   DELMIA COM system exception;RPC call failed; remote procedure call failed
