Does anybody know if it is possible to change the triangulation size in wrml output?
Is it possible to export in wrml format so that every part becomes a different file and with one top assembly file?

You need to change the 3D Accuracy setting.
TOOLS+OPTIONS+DISPLAY+PERFORMANCE
Decrease the 3D Accuracy value to generate smaller triangles
