Hello All,

As it has popped up from time to time regarding the Loadtl statements to be output for NIT aptsource. I had to make a program for this control last week. So I dug all the info I could on NIT and had a chat with Dean as well. I made my NIT pptable in order get a clean aptsource with no offline editing.

I was told by my tech support that DS took out the parameter mapping functionality available thru pptable in R14...well it is still working and I hope it stays there.

Here is the sample for Tool-Change

/$$==####== CATIA V5 R18 PPTABLE MODIFIED FOR NIT-CONTROL-POST ==####==

Hello Samarinder, Just to clarify, Mapping of user parameters was never taken out and will not be taken out. What was taken out was the ability to create custom user tabs in the tool definition and the Part Operation definition sections.

with kind regards

When posting for NIT control, you should delete the tool change, and make the tool change output from the SPINDL command. I have a pptable that works for NIT, and I do not have to make a single edit to the code. Goes right into NIT, and will even output the correct spindle values. I've posted it hear before.
