Subject: Automatically number features of a drawing

Is it possible to automatically generate a number (in a circle or oval or cloud or anything) next to the features (dimensions, text labels) of a .Catdrawing?

For example, if your drawing had 30 dimensions labeled and 10 text leader call-outs, it would automatically generate 40 circles, one next to each of the dimensions/textleaders, each with a unique number from 1 to 40.
