I am working on V5R17 sp6.
I am trying to set the drafting standards to allow all angular dimensions to show zeros after the decimal if necessary, as in 90deg to show as 90.00deg.

Currently any angular dimension that does not end in zero shows this way, meaning 43.75 deg shows as desired.

I have modified the drafting standards to allow trailing zeros. The setting is ValueFormat > NDFinZer = 2, but this appears to only work for linear dimensions.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am not sure that my solution will exactly help you but let me share.

You can see 2 pictures attached. One of them is the standard option which you have to change and the other one is the result after you change this standard.Enter the standard page as you see attached picture and change the value display format name to INC.ADMS. Notice that this standard will provide decimal zeros after the values which are only integers, if you have for example 43,54 degree then this standard type can not help you to show the correct form. I do not have different solution for now.

Note : After you changed the standard you should re-enter the drafting module updating the standard from file>page setup will not be taken into account.

not sure which standard controls that,

but interactively you can change the precision  to 1.0  to drop the trailing zeros on the angular dimension, just like you do with linear dimensions
