Hi guys,

Do you have any ideas on this problem please?

One of our users is trying to install R16 documentation on their laptop, but it won't start the D:\Setup.exe
When they double click on the setup.exe on the CD, they get the error message "D:\SETUP.EXE The specified path does not exist. Check the path, and then try again".

They have tried deleting "c:/documents and settings/username/local settings/temp" which did the trick last time, but with no success. They have tried copying the CD on to the C drive, but they get the same message "C:\cdcopy\SETUP.EXE The specified path does not exist. Check the path, and then try again".

They have tried a different set of documentation CDs with the same problem
They have tried starting the R16 code installation CD and that works OK
A diferent user has tried the documentation CDs on his laptop and it starts fine.
So I am guessing there is a setting somewhere, or it is an environment or OS issue, but I do not know where else to start looking.

All the best

Rob
