Subject: Save Management Doesn't Show Correct State

Is there a secret to Save Management? We have noticed several times the Save Management tool showing a CATPart as OPEN when the correct status is MODIFIED. We have only found this after losing valuable work. Is this a common problem? Are we missing something? Do any of the Save options work as intended?

We are using V5R7SP4 on NT.
