Subject: V5R8 relations

Using V5R8 SP1 and I have 5 parts which are all connected (driven) by relations f(x) like:
'length' = 'part1length'/2+15mm. They all change and it all works ok until I save the file.
After saving and reopening it back (the whole assembly) the relations are broken, if I check them out the are like: ??? = ??? /2+15mm
This is annoying to do all again (10 of them or so) everytime the file is opened after save.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
