Subject: Tidy up smarteam work folders

Hi All,
   Does any one out there have a successful strategy for cleaning up users working folders. I find I have to constantly nag the users of my smarteam system to go into smarteam file explorer and clear up manually. Even then it is hit and miss if they actually go and do it as it is difficult for them to see the value of the task. The lack of speed of smarteam file explorer and its almost impenetrable listing style leave them feeling that the exercise is a massive task with little benefit.
    I have simplifyed viewing of each users new and checked out files by creating for each user a view in smarteam that shows these in the smarteam documents tree style. This still leaves all files that are opened by the users as view only languishing in their work folder.
      I would like smarteam to remove these at user login. I could attach a script to the after login  hook in the script editor. I may be missing something but the API seems very thin  for tasks such as referenced file deletion.
   Has anyone been successful in this regard or am I flogging a dead horse?

I've wondered about this one myself. I haven't gone there yet, but I'd be very interested in hearing others solutions. It is fairly obvious that the user work folders can get to be a real mess.
