I am looking to set up a fresh implementation of SmarTeam for a small program - roughly 50 users.  Can anyone advise on hardware specs for the server(s)?  Is it required to run 2 physical machines?  what kind of  processor speed/RAM would be considered sufficient for that size group?

Hi,

According to SmarTeam prerequisities You'll need to have 3 separate servers.
I propose You: Dual Core at least 3 GHz clock, minimum 2 GB of RAM, SAS or SCSI controller.
If You'll fulfill this You'll can archieve Your goal.

Paul: I think is importan to know which is the smarteam configuration that you are going to install. If you can, replay this questions:
How many users will use SmarTeam Web?
How manu users will use SmarTeam Editor?
How many users will use SmarTeam WorkFlow?
Do you have integrations wich any software CAD?
The client already have a DB server, can share this server with SmarTeam DB server?
