Is there a way to accomplish this through all the ST users? I've gone throuhg Sys Config with a fine toothed comb and didn't see anything in there.........anyone have any thoughts?

I'm fairly certain we set this in a startup script in SmarTeam.
Each time the user logs in, their work dir is set.
We had problems with Work Dirs randomly switching to shared workspaces...
