Subject: How to use smartbox in API

I want to launch the smartbox application using the API. I want to create a com add-in for outlook 2003 where a toolbar for smartbox would be available.

 

I looked everywhere ine the COM API reference guide and I don't see how I can launch smartbox.

 

Any idea?
