We have several NT 4 OS pc workstations (P III 1 gig, 512 Ram, ATI rage 128 w/32m). After initial start up of V5r7, when attempting to open a new part the screen displays an out of sync rectangle. You can see part of the feature tree behind the smear. We have no idea why. We have replaced video cards with some success.
