Subject: Problems with getting user's login

I need to get user's login by SmartScript. It's easy:

UserRList=RECLST_Create(ah,1)
retcode1=ADMIN_GetCurrentUserAttr(ah, UserRList)
retcode2=RECLST_GetValueByNameAsPchar ah,UserRList,"LOGIN",0,UserLogin$,100,TDMT_CHAR)

It's work. But then I put that script after event ON LOGIN it's don't work. Retcode1=3=ERR_GEN and UserRList is empty. Why? What's the problem?
