hi,

anybody familiar with this problem?

SmarTeam 4004 for CATIA V5R9 was installed without any problems on WIN2000 SP3.
But after this the recommended servicepack 5.5 for CATIA Level R9 failed while copying Smart SDK Component Files and puts out the error message "Failed to create COM Factory ...". After this and some more error messages it was not possible to deinstall smarteam. It had to be done manually be cleaning up the registry.
