Hello All,

We would like to have attributes visible but non editable in Catia window (properties of part).
For example we want the custom attribute "Part Type" to be calculated and automatically filled during create of a new part. We then want it to be visible in both VPM Navigator and CATIA window but non-editable.

Anyone have idea how to solve it?

We have tried to set the value for Editable=No in Attributemapping.xml but this prevents us from saving the attribute when we create it the first time and it doesn't prevent the user to change this attribute in CATIA but nothing gets saved in ENOVIA.

A good solution would be if it was possible just to dim the attribute in CATIA attribute panel. It is visibel but it can't be changed interactively
