For doing such kind of migration first you need to perform 1. Oracle migration from oracle 9i - 10g using the standard procedure available from oracle corporation. 2. Do the LCA migration as per the DS documentation. Note: - you can also use export / Import utility from oracle for oracle migration. But i can not recommend you this method as it might result in data loss. But you can do it on your risk. I did it and for me it works but cannot guarantee of success for you.
