Welcome to the COE Discussion Forum. This forum provides a vehicle for both members and non members of COE to pass their ideas, concerns and insights to each other.

Login Information
To participate in the discussion forum, you must be logged in to the Web site. If you were a previous member of the forum you should have received an email from coe@coe.org with your login instructions. Usernames and passwords from the old forum should remain the same for the new forum. 

If you had any old posts on the old discussion forums and they are not associated with your new forum account, please fill out this form and it will be set-up.

If you have not received an e-mail from COE headquarters with your login instructions please contact COE Headquarters at coe@coe.org or 800-263-2255 to obtain your username and password. If you would like to change your login information, you can update your username, password and member information in the member profile section of the Web site.  

New Users
If you are new to the COE Discussion Forum and would like to participate, you must join the forums in order to get your username and password. After filling out a brief registration form, a username and password will be sent to your email address. Use this information to login and participate in the COE Discussion Forums.
