Conference refunds due to volcanic ash and travel restrictions
|

Requests for refunds due to travel restrictions from the volcanic ash must be submitted to COE Headquarters within 30 days of the COE conference. All requests must be submitted in writing to coe@coe.org by Friday, May 21, 2010. Due to the circumstances, COE is offering this policy as an exception to our normal cancellation policy and allowing individuals to transfer their registration.
