The COE room rate is $189.00 per night for a single/double.  Please make reservations by April 5, 2008 to ensure rate and availability. 

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort requires any cancellations be made within 5 days prior to arrival.  If a cancellation is made with fewer than 5 days notice the guest will lose their one night deposit.  The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort’s check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Transportation to/from the airport to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin

There is transportation to/from the Orlando International Airport. The fees for 2007 are listed below*.

From airport to hotel (one-way fee*):
Sedan (up to 5 people):  $70.00
Taxi Service:  $55.00
Limousine (up to 8 people):  $175.25

From hotel to airport (one-way fee*):
Sedan (up to 5 people):  $60.00
Taxi Service: $55.00
Limousine (up to 8 people):  $155.25

Note:  While our limousines hold 8 passengers, large amounts of luggage may require an additional vehicle.

Mears Transportation - Shuttle Services to/from Orlando International Airport
Per Adult*:  $19.00 (one way), $31.00 (round trip)
Per Child* (ages 4-11):  $15.00 (one way), $23.00 (round trip)
