COE is offering advance registration and on-site registration for COE University sessions.
Twenty-Five seats will be available for advance COE University registration online. Ten seats will be reserved for on-site registration and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Instructions for those NOT REGISTERED for the Conference
- Visit the annual conference online registration site
You must be a COE member to register for the conference
- Complete the conference registration process (steps 1-6).
- When you reach Step 7: COE University, choose the COE University Hands-on Training sessions you are interested in attending from the list.
- Confirm your conference registration information is correct, proceed to the payment step and wait for your registration confirmation e-mail.

Insructions for those REGISTERED for the Conference
- Visit the annual conference online registration site
- Half-way down the page, click: "To make a change to your existing registration click here."
- Enter your first name, last name and confirmation number in the fields provided.
- Click on the link that says: "Click here to edit product information."
- Click "Next."
- Register for the COE University Hands-on Training Sessions in which you are interested.
- Continue to click "Next" until your registration is complete.

COE University Rules
- Attendees may only reserve up to THREE (3) sessions per day.
- Attendees are asked to only reserve workstations that they intend to actually attend. Space is limited!
- Attendees will receive their Workstation Tickets onsite in the conference registration area.

| Please note: Ticket holding attendees will automatically forfeit their workstation (to a lecture only attendee) if they arrive more than 10 minutes late to the training session. Additionally, lecture-only seating is available in the back of each training room. |
