Marketplace Experiences that can Optimize Your PLM Environment!
Process Interest Comittees (PICs)
COE provides another level of customization for a more advanced learning experience. Within each track, breakout sessions are sorted into critical functional areas – Process Interest Committees (PICs) – required to bring your product to market. The following functional areas focus on new emerging technology including their benefits, impacts, financial paradigms, deployment strategies and insights into the decision-making process.
Each PIC area is chaired by users and supported by specialists from Dassault Systèmes, IBM-PLM and various business partners. More than 160 sessions focus on the technically specific aspects of Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions.

Influence the Future of Technology
Does your enterprise require that you or people in your organization develop a one-year, two-year and five-year PLM plan? If so, participate in COE’s Development Planning Councils (DPC) and listen to Dassault Systèmes development managers discuss their plans for the future.
Development Planning Councils (DPCs)
The Development Planning Councils (DPCs) are information gathering committees hosted by volunteer chairpersons that give attendees the chance to interact directly with the developers and other IBM-PLM and Dassault Systèmes users to discuss future product enhancements. Additionally, participants use these opportunities to lobby for application developments that would facilitate their enterprise’s future plans.
Two types of DPC sessions are offered at this year's conference:
Strategy (Open) Session
The “Strategy” sessions provide key update information of the Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions. These open sessions offer in-depth presentations and demonstrations, provided by the Dassault Systèmes product domain leaders, of real customer cases and the use of the latest product releases.
Working (Closed) Session
The “Working” sessions are where new strategic product enhancement requests are generated, discussed and tracked. Attend these sessions to share your experiences, exchange ideas and suggest enhancements for future releases.
Every product and function of Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions are mapped into six DPC divisions:
· Product Life
· Engineering
· Ship, Plant, Fluid Systems
· Digital Enterprise Infrastructure
· Manufacturing
· Advanced Planning
