Please use the following steps to help navigate the online site:
- Go online to http://COE.themeetingevent.com
- Carefully read and fill in the requested information and click “Submit”.
- By clicking “I Agree” you are accepting the travel terms and conditions.
- Click “book travel for meeting”.
- Reconfirm your name matches your ID and click “Next” on the bottom right.
- A map with a Star on the Host Destination City will appear. Just click on your departure city and click “Next".
- Carefully follow the remaining prompts to confirm your air and car rental needs.

Important Information

- When stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays, or when needing an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally.
- Your ticket will be issued and an e-mail will be sent confirming your itinerary. The price of your ticket, including our service fee will be listed. Restrictions, fees, and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Agents are available to help book your reservations from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. After hours emergency assistance is available for an additional fee should you need travel assistance after normal business hours.

| Mears Motor Shuttles leave from Level One at Orlando International Airport continuously. Wait time is to be expected and those times will vary based on date, time of day and business volume. For return transfers, guests simply call Mears at least 24 hours in advance to make a return reservation. Transfers are available 24 hours a day with departure from the hotel scheduled by reservation. |
