EXHIBIT Space Package

Each 10x10 Booth Space Package ($4,725) will include:

  • 6' x 3' table, (2) chairs, wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" identification sign. Additional furnishings can be purchased separately through COE's official service contractor.
  • One (1) full conference registration allowing access to conference sessions and on-site food functions. Additional full conference badges can be purchased at the going registration rate.
  • Two (2) exhibitor-only registrations to staff booth and participate in networking functions. Does not include access to conference sessions. Additional exhibitor-only registrations can be purchased at $250 each.
  • Year-round COE website exposure
  • Listing in Advance Program, Final Program and COE NewsNet Daily distributed to all attendees
  • Marketing Kit to include email templates, web banners and logos to promote to your customers
  • Ability to participate in the Passport to Prizes Program in order to drive booth traffic
