How to Register There are three easy ways to register for the COE 2008 Workshop Develop & Deploy. Payment must accompany form, in US Funds Only. Purchase Orders are not accepted. Checks should be payable to “COE.” Register Online Complete your online registration in 10 easy steps and register for COE University sessions.* (COE U Registration Coming Soon) Register by Fax Simply download the registration form and fax the completed form and your payment to (905) 479-9297.  Fax registrations must include payment by credit card. Register by Mail Simply download the registration form and mail the completed form and yourpayment to the address below.  COE 2008 Workshop - Develop & Deploy 1714 Paysphere Circle Chicago, IL 60674 If paying by check, mail your check and registration form before March 28, 2008 to ensure proper processing.
