If your company is using Oracle as SMARTEAM's Database, this may be the answer to your problems. By using Oracle's Export and Import utilities, along with a simple script and Microsoft's built in Task Scheduler you can save yourself a lot of time and money.

The script executes an Oracle Export or "Dump", names the Export based on the current date, and copies all the files located in the SMARTEAM Vaults into a designated area without shutting down the Database.
