COE…A Winning Opportunity for the HEAT Schools - Is your School Taking Advantage?
We thank the many educational institutions involved in the continued support of the HEAT Program at the COE conferences. Many schools have been able to publicize their programs through their collaboration with COE. There are several ways to do this.
The COE organization publishes a monthly e-newsletter and is always receptive to articles from the ACADEMIC TRACK. We are sure you have interesting projects that you can contribute. You could send them to abramson@attglobal.net.
We put in place exciting plans for the past COE conference (Miami- April 26-29, 2004). Academic meetings were, the first day, usually at 4 PM in the afternoon, all the colleges met to discuss the HEAT Program and its involvement with COE.
During the conference, several Academic presentations were scheduled. Some in the "Training and Education" Track and some were in the main area.
The other Academic meeting was the last day to plan the college presentations for the next COE conference. It is important to get these slots scheduled because the deadline for planning is a very short time.
We regularly schedule conference calls among the HEAT colleges that are interested in COE to discuss these presentations. Would you like to add your name to the attendees on the call, so we may get your school involved?
Looking forward to working with you - please call if you have any questions.
