COE Fall 2002 Conference & TechniFair

Vision into Practice…Ahead of the Curve
September 29 - October 2, 2002
Tampa, Florida

At the upcoming fall event, market leaders and senior IBM-PLM and Dassault Systemes executives will be on-hand to share their real-world experiences and to bring you "Ahead of the Curve" on the latest product updates in the general session line-up. Visit http://www.coe.org/events/02fall/gensessions.cfm to learn more about these general session speakers.

Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to work hand-in-hand with Dassault Systemes and IBM-PLM developers and voice their own needs and requirements in the development of future software releases through COE's Development Planning Council sessions. Then, the most pressing questions and concerns are addressed on product process, functionality, systems, support, and implementation through nearly 200 user-focused training and educational breakout sessions.

Additionally, the COE Open Forum, scheduled Tuesday, October 1, 2002, is an opportunity for you to speak directly with executives of Dassault Systemes and IBM and with the COE Board of Directors about strategic issues related to CATIA/DELMIA/ENOVIA/SMARTEAM capability and implementation. To submit your questions about future development directions, partnerships, benefits and other issues pertinent to your CAD/CAM implementation, visit
http://www.coe.org/events/openforum02/questions.cfm.
And come to the session for the answers.

Finally, you won't want to miss the COE 500 Game! In keeping with the COE Fall 2002 theme - Ahead of the Curve - we'll be organizing a game at the TechniFair to replace the Software Community Partner (SCP) game that took place during the last two conferences. In addition, we'll have live action racing on a micro-reality racetrack as technifair entertainment. Learn more at http://www.coe.org/events/02fall/500a.cfm.

With exciting presentations from top industry experts and executives, development and breakout sessions from more than 40 companies, advanced product demonstrations, invaluable hands-on training, special informal networking events with peers from around the world and top Dassault Systemes/IBM-PLM reps, and the wall-to-wall showcase of the latest tools and utilities in the TechniFair, COE Fall 2002 is the largest, most comprehensive, international event dedicated to Dassault Systemes technology available. Visit http://www.coe.org/events/02fall/index.cfm, to register and to view the full conference program, including up-to-the-minute info on speakers, sessions, special events, and special hotel and travel discounts.

Participate at the COE Fall 2002 Conference by Submitting a Data Exchange Benchmark

ITI TranscenData offers you an opportunity to participate in their sessions "DEM-2: CATIA Data Exchange" and "DEM-5: CATIA Data Exchange Automation." These sessions will provide the attendees a chance to better understand the elements to exchanging data with CATIA V5. The data exchange process is a growing part of the product design/development process.

Collaborating among the many supplier and inter-department organizations poses new challenges everyday. If you would like to see solutions at the conference for data that has caused you problems in the past, please contact ITI TranscenData at 513-576-3936 or e-mail stu@iti-oh.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to submit your models to be worked in these sessions.
