COE 2014 PLM Question 2:: Can Dassault work with primes, to create a policy permitting use V6 for NC?

COE 2014 PLM Question 2::  Can Dassault work with prime contractors that have mature V5 aircraft, to create a policy where suppliers and subcontractors that do machining are able to use V6 for NC machining if they desire to do so?

Background information:   Currently, most primes mandate to use a specific version, for example…. V5R20Sp3 . They do this because that is the level the prime is on.   Suppliers are stuck in a hard place where V5 is not getting any enhancements, and  while V6 is developed heavily in the NC package, but the suppliers are prohibited to use.  DS can claim not responsibility for what end users do…. But still take a leadership role on this topic
