How to create unfolded sheetmetal 3D annotation views in the same part as folded

I want to create both a folded and unfolded version of a part in MBD, with 3D annotations. (and the corresponding layouts)  How do I accomplish this?

Is there an equivalent function to V5 "Scenes" that is used to accomplish this?

I assume you are using either the Sheetmetal or Aerospace Sheetmetal workbenches.

The answer is, in a single model, no.   You can copy/paste as result with links into a MFG model the unfolded shape and annotate it there.

We never define the flat pattern in the Engineering Model, as there is too much churn in the mfg model (moving tabs, adding material for stretch, etc)) that has nothing to do with the Engineering Definition of the part, so we separate them into different models.

Thanks, Jim.  That's pretty much the unanimous feedback that I'm getting.  I'm still trying to come to grips with the difficulty of the simplicity of "minimal dimensioning".
