Creating Fillets Related To Thickness

Hello Everyone,

I try to design leaf spring for commercial vehicle. The section of these springs have a specific profile. Width of profile is always same, but thickness of profile is continuously decrease. and these profiles also contain fillets that are half/quarter the thickness.

When I used to design this, i was creating planes in same distance along a spine. I created rectangulars then, using the formulation, I add fillets half/quarter the thickness. After that, connected them each other by using multi section surface command. However, after had been making some analysis, i saw that these fillets were not half/quarter of the thickness along that created surface.
This situation makes springs less durable, when applied some forces. This is something I don't want.

For this reason, I first created a rectangular rectangle and drew splines on the perpendicular plane that I could connect the thickness along the path.

For this reason, I first created a square rectangle (using a line) and drew splines on the perpendicular plane that I could connect the thickness along the path. Then I swept these lines with "swept". Finally, I would like to put a fillet on these corner intersections related to thickness. For this, Law etc. I want to get help from the commands, but I was not successful. (or other design advice)

Thank you for your answer, it was a good sample that gave me inspiration. However, variable radius is not a solution for my question unfortunately, as can be seen in the screenshot given in the attachment.

I added Parabolic Leaf Spring.CATPart example, about my question.

When you change the ratio in "CONTROL PLANE" in the tree, you will see that there is no 1/4 ratio between fillet and thickness. (you can watch video)
Also, as I mentioned in that video, I don't mean copy and paste and change geometry support for every sketch.

I want to draw a rectangular profile directly and automatically fillets 1/4 of the thickness. Is there a way to do this in LAW or f (x)?

Starting from last shared CATPart, I tried with  Adaptive Sweep instead of Multisection and I obtain that in each section Radius are 0.25*section heigth

I have tried making "adaptive sweep" before. However, when I try, I get the warning attached.

Most probably error came from points inside sketch that are not set as construction element.
