I try to design leaf spring for commercial vehicle. The section of these springs have a specific profile. Width of profile is always same, but thickness of profile is continuously decrease. and these profiles also contain fillets that are half/quarter the thickness.
When I used to design this, i was creating planes in same
distance along a spine. I created rectangulars then, using the
formulation, I add fillets half/quarter the thickness. After that,
connected them each other by using multi section surface command.
However, after had been making some analysis, i saw that these
fillets were not half/quarter of the thickness along that created
This situation makes springs less durable, when applied some forces. This is something I don't want.
For this reason, I first created a rectangular rectangle and drew splines on the perpendicular plane that I could connect the thickness along the path.

Then I swept these lines with "swept". Finally, I would like to put a fillet on these corner intersections related to thickness. For this, Law etc. I want to get help from the commands, but I was not successful. (or other design advice)
