All speakers need to check in at the Speaker Ready Room at least one hour prior to each of their presentation(s) so we can be sure that you have everything you need for your upcoming session.

The Speaker Ready Room will be located in the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, room Europe 2.

In addition to this being a place for you to collect your thoughts and relax, and for your convenience, equipment will be available for you to practice, review and print your presentation.
