I wanted to find out if anyone can share their experience with
testing V5 either manually or with tools that automate some of the
tasks. I do not want to have anyone give any information other than
methods and tools used for testing. What tools are use to capture
the test cases, Rerun of Test Cases, Reporting results, etc?

What exactly are you wanting?
I don't know of any off the shelf tools, but I developed a testing tool at airbus. That may be your only route.
There are surely some out there, but I don't know where they are.

DS has Interactive Test Capture (ITC), Mercury Interactive has
WinRunner, LoadRunner, and QuickTest Pro. Rational has Robot and
TeamTest. What I am looking for is what tools others are using to
test the V5 suite of tools and some experiences using these tools.

Hi tjs,
I'm currently working as Software Test Engineer for CATIA V5 applications in India.
I'm currently using both manual methods and ITC provided by DS.
ITC cpatures the scene and replays it. I don't see ITC as a powerful Testing tool.
MKODT may do your purpose of testing CATIA V5 thouroughly. But you must know CAA Coding for that.
