This forum has been created to allow full-time students seeking employment to post resumes. The objective is to allow CATIA trained students to be contacted by our member companies giving benefit to both.

The forum is open only to students to post resumes & member companies to contact those students. The forum may not be used by employment agencies of any kind, or non-students.

This is a one year trial to gauge the value of such a forum, at the end of the trial period the board will evaluate the value of the forum & may choose to continue or dis-continue the forum.

Students: Open up a new thread & use the body of the message thread as your cover letter, attach your resume as an attachment.

Employers: Please contact the students offline.

Good question ! What is "FULL-TIME" stand for ?

Everytime I sit in front of computer monitor using CatiaV5, I will become a Kindergarten Student.
CatiaV5 is an huge ocean..........can I be classified a FULL-TIME Student of CatiaV5 ?

Does this thread violate the COE's Canons of Conduct "No recruiting" ?
If Yes, tear this Discussion down;
If No, open to all Catia users;
If Yes and No, create one more Discussion area "Part-Time Student Resumes" OR" who are the members?" OR "who is bored in current job?" ........ those can serve to same purpose of what Phil mentioned above.

I appreciate your concern.

COE gets a lot of support from Academia. You’ve seen many students at our events.
And it is students like these that will be moving into companies like ours over the years.
The Board feels that it is in the best interest of our member companies to provide a
stepping stone to students with CATIA expertise.

And of course, we reconcile that with one of our longstanding Canons of Conduct
stating that recruiting activity is not permitted. This was established way back because
member companies feared that their employees would misuse COE events to go job-hopping.

As mentioned in the announcement, this is a one year trial. If our member companies do
not find this helpful, we will discontinue.

Johnny NG cannot post his resume here (even though he has been my student). But my other part time students can.

And sorry for using Clints pic as my avitar. We don't all have custom made cartoons that look just like us, like you have Johnny. I do my best to look and act like my hero Mr. Eastwood.

There are rumors that R18 will have custom student versions for higher learning. Let's hope NC will be available.
