Wow! It seems V4 books used to be easy to come by, but I don't see anymore at Amazon.com where I used to see a bunch. I know there are a couple for checkout at the Municipal Libray'ry where I live (Portland, Oregon).

For V5 there is only one book I have been able to find, which is by Richard Cozzens. You can get that right from the publisher at http://www.schroff.com/ Good luck.
