RUNTIME exception when opening V4 drawings on v5

Hello

I have to open old V4 models in V5.

the prj is well set.

In the master tab no trouble

but when I click on draft tab: RUNTIME exception and click ok to exit ?

I tried on V5 workstation : win64 bits, catia v5 r17 sp5 64 bits and 4GO RAM

Can someone help me?

Question. Is this problem for only one model, or for any model from V4? That would rule out if this is a data specific problem.
Suggestion: Try to go to the latest service pack on R17 and see if the problem still exists. If it does, you may want open a PMR with the IBM PLM Technical Support team. They will be able to analyse the problem and help you.
