Catia v4 Books

I am new to Catia. I recently was trained on CATIA V4 Basic Design and CATIA V4 Surface Design. Can anyone recommend a good book for beginners? Has anyone used the Catia Reference Guide by Paul Carman, Paul Tigwell and do you recommend this book. I am in the AEC industry and the main focus will be in surface design. Thanks
