ANSWER: Dassault Systèmes plans to maintain and support all V5 related educational activities. DS will continue publishing V5 related curricula components, plus the 400+ courseware and tutorials will be maintained on our DS Campus website for all our academic customers.
In addition, we have just released a new DELMIA academic package that has already shown to be very successful. We are working with higher education on a new Masters program involving V5 and a new V5 outreach program will be available soon. This further demonstrates our commitment and passion for the academic community.
To support the adoption of PLM 2.0, we are currently preparing specific courseware for the V6R2011 release. This will help educators to quickly adopt the fundamental enhancements of V6 and enable them to deliver a rich and interactive learning experience with their V6 curricula.
