When opening a top level assembly I receive the following error message:

Error-Problem reading document. Operation failed

The document can (and has) been put back together again using desk. I assumed it was from not using save management, users moving things around in the assy. It appears there is more to it than just that. Has anyone else experienced this, any thoughts?
