Exporting planes in a STEP file - Possible?

I have a CATIA CATPart that is just a lot of planes, I would like to export them into a STEP file so I can them import them as reference elements in Polyworks.

However, when I re-import my STEP file into CATIA there is no geometry, just the header.

What am I missing? I am using AP203...

From V5R20SP2HF32 I have found the same issue.  I also read the STEP file and found that no plane data was written to the file.  There seems to be no reason why that plane data is not being written.  Please call in a bug report.
