Weld Annototaions in STEP output

Howdy,
Is there a way to show the weld annotations (created in a CATProduct) in the STEP file?
We noticed that the annotations aren't showing when the file is opened in Inventor.

Also, is there a way to add a STEP standard to Catia?

you can see the annotations when you export the data to "AP203 edition2."
Catia R19 or R20 has this on Step Option.
