Reserved my spot at the 2nd hotel (DoubleTree). Curious if anybody is aware of a shuttle service or has room in their car to transport from DoubleTree to Conference. I will be in town and do not plan on renting a car . Thanks!

Good question,
I am also staying there. I am thinking a shuttle from the airport and Taxi's are the way to go. It is supposed to be less then 1.5 miles.
There is no shuttle from the DoubleTree, but I have not checked yet the other way, but it is a good idea

Coming on my own dime this year so I'm trying to cut down the
expenses . Its even more unfortunate that DoubleTree isn't even
offering a shuttle from the airport to the hotel (roughly 13
miles). Looks like i'll probobly be getting the wallet out.

This just in.....for anyone else that needs it.
COE will be offering complimentary Shuttle Bus Service for attendees staying in the COE room block at the Doubleteree Hilton Orlando at Seaworld by Meeting Movers Bus Company. The shuttle buses will have the COE logo in the front window of the bus. There will be other shuttle buses on the property for other groups/destinations, so please double check to ensure you see the COE logo when getting on the shuttle bus.

Morning Pick Up from
Doubletree Hilton Orlando at Seaworld to Rosen Shingle
Creek.
Shuttle bus will be staged in
the outer lane of the Main Lobby area of the Doubletree hotel. The
buses will load and leave promptly by 7:05am.
Remember to look for the COE logo in window of the bus before
boarding.
Monday April 4th 7am

Wednesday April 6th
7am pick up
