SPA-Non-planar User Defined Pattern

Requirement Description:
User pattern that is not limited to planar surface. User pattern that would take as an input cloud of points for positioning and maybe a surface for orientation; so that surface normal defines orientation of new features.

It is ok to have in standard Part design workbench. I doubt if it will ever happen since there are Knowledgeware workbenches for this type of stuff.
